We collaborate with designers and/or architects, trade partners to finalize the layout, materials, and finishes and continue to evaluate the budget and concepts are in alignment.
A detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost breakdown is presented. Once approved, a contract is prepared, and we move into scheduling and preparation.
We manage the permitting process, coordinate with local jurisdictions, and secure all approvals before construction begins. At the same time, final selections are carefully curated and finalized.
Prior to the start of construction, a pre-construction job walk is completed with stakeholders to ensure clarity. Then, our team gets to work—handling demolition and construction.
You’ll receive regular updates and walkthroughs at key milestones. We’re available to answer questions and adjust as needed.
We conduct a thorough walkthrough, complete any final punch list items, and ensure you’re completely satisfied with the result.
